Consultation
We have consultants available to visit your home to evaluate your proposed entertainment area and to make recommendations on home entertainment products and/or custom installation solutions. Call or visit us to set up your in-home consultation. We will work with you to come up with a date and time that works with your busy schedule. We want your input so that we can come up with a custom installation that fits your needs, lifestyle, and budget.
System Design
After we’ve met with you, we will go to work designing technology systems for your home or business that address your needs and do so within budget. During this step, we create a comprehensive design that includes a scope of work, detailed proposal, rough-in plan, and other schematics needed. Through this process, we are often collaborating with your builder and other trades to ensure the design incorporates the latest information and to give the other trades anything they require to complete their work as well.
Project Management
A smart technology project takes effective planning, organizing, and allocating resources to make sure it’s completed on time and with the desired result at fit and finish. Additionally, procedures and protocols need to be met and unforeseen problems should be resolved quickly. Our dedicated project managers oversee all details and consistently communicate with the contractor, subcontractors, and owner. Job sites are dynamic with many moving parts and having a solid, experienced person responsible to bring it altogether makes all the difference. Given the multi-faceted nature of integrating different subsystems from audio/video, lighting control, climate, security, networking, and we take a proactive approach and over-communicate every step of the way.
Installation
A defined scope, a thoughtful design, documentation -- none of these things create that wow moment in your new smart home or business without the wonderful work of our installation team. Our technicians have years of technical training, installation and troubleshooting experience. Programming
Making sophisticated technology easy to use and simple for any user requires advanced work on the back end. Control systems bring together subsystems such as audio/video, media, lighting, and more. Each system speaks a different language, but our programmers translate everything together so it speaks one language and can be controlled easily. Even with great equipment, the programming ultimately determines the intuitive operation. Our programmers balance the technical know-how with the human element so it's easy to use.
